Product Safety Audit Report
Initial Audit
Initiation of Product Safety Audit process will begin with an on-site audit of all potential manufacturing facilities. The audit process will incorporate a grading system, which will determine if the facility can be certified as vendor to The Children’s Place and its frequency of ongoing surveillance visit. All official audits will be performed by The Children's Place personnel or The Children's Place designated representative.
Outlined below is the rating system.

Surveillance Audit
Upon the completion of initial audit, the management representative of Vendor should submit a Corrective Action and Preventative Action Report (CAPAR) to The Children's Place QA team for review within a week after the date of audit done. Depending on the finding and corrective action needed, The Children's Place QA team will determine the date of surveillance audit as per the visit frequency specified above. This audit will continuously monitor the effectiveness of system in place.
