5  MANAGEMENT  RESPONSIBILITY 管理职责

5.1.  Management commitment  管理承诺

Management shall be committed to the implementation of the Code and the Operators own

specific quality requirements in order to ensure feed safety and predefined quality of products

管理者应承诺执行本规范以及经营者自身特定的质量要求，以确保饲料安全和产品预期的质量。

5.2.  Quality and safety policy 质量和安全方针

Management shall: 管理者应

a) establish a quality and safety policy, ensure that objectives are established, clearly state the

companies obligation to produce safe and legal feed products covered by FAMI- QS scope and

to respect their customers requirements;

建立一个质量和安全方针，确保建立目标，明确规定公司有责任生产安全和合法的FAMI-QS范围所

覆盖的饲料产品及考虑顾客要求。

b) communicate this policy throughout the organisation, which shall be understood by all staff

involved in the production of products covered by FAMI-QS scope.

方针应在组织内得到沟通，并且被参与FAMI-QS范围所覆盖产品生产的所有员工理解。

c) provide the necessary resources for the fulfilment of the quality and safety policy;

提供必要的资源以贯彻质量和安全方针。

d) ensure that all key aspects of the Management and HACCP systems are documented,

reviewed, updated and communicated to key staff as frequently as might be necessary.

e) 确保管理和HACCP体系所有重要方面均被记录、评审、更新并且有必要尽可能经常地通报

主要工作人员。

  The quality and safety policy specifies the Operators objectives including regulatory and customer

requirements;  质量和安全方针制定出包括法规和顾客要求的生产商目标；

  The policy is adequately communicated;  方针已得到充分沟通；

  The Operator has the basic resources necessary to fulfil the stated objectives;

生产商有必要的基础资源以履行其表述的目标；

  Management and HACCP systems are documented, reviewed, updated and communicated to key

staff.  管理和 HACCP 体系被记录、评审、更新并且通报主要工作人员。
