1.2.3 Sales Samples – samples used by sales to customers
The sales samples are using the correct fabricqualities/materials, accessories, color and/or print. Sales samples are sent to the fitting contactsat the Sapph Office in the Netherlands. The M- charts of the sales samples aresent as a soft copy inthe announcement mail of the sales sample shipment.

Follow up:
• Fitting comments sent out by Sapph.
• Supplier follows up on fitting comments to produce size set. The size set samples are send within 2 weeks after
receiving fitting comment report.
1.2.4 Size Set – Samples to Develop the Sizing/Fitting
The size set samples are using the correct fabric qualities/materials, accessories, color and/or print. One size set has
to be sent to fitting contacts at Sapph Office in The Netherlands, who will check the size sets and give fitting comments.
The M-charts are sent together with the size set and sent as a soft copy, attached in the announcement mail of the size set shipment.

•Sapph Office – The Netherlands
Requested sizes and quantities:
•Tops – Size: 75B, 75D, 85E (if available within size range)
•Bottoms – Size: M, L
Follow up:
•Fitting comments sent out by Sapph.
•Supplier followsup on comments to produce revised size set until approval for production. The revised size set
samples are send within 2 weeks after receiving fitting comment report.
1.2.5 Production samples
A production check will be done by thefitting contact from the HongKong office.Production needs to meet the M-charts of the approved size set sample within the production tolerances set by Sapph. For requested measurement sections and production tolerances see the Sapph M-Chart.
The approved size set at the factory will be used as reference. After the production check, the fitting contact from the HongKong office will take a set of approved production samples for reference. The supplier will also sent a set of approved production samples to the office in the Netherlands.
Requested sizes and quantities:
•Tops – Size: 75B – Qty: 1 piece
•Bottoms – Size: M – Qty: 1 piece
No follow up required.
